Horse racing clubs are the future of horse racing

Enjoy racehorse ownership at the highest level
Horse racing clubs have a long history in our sport but no club has brought as much to the table as RacehorseClub. A share in a competitive horse providing everything that an owner would expect. A chance to enjoy owners’ badges for race days alongside access to the members area on our website and updates from the trainer. As well as invites to unique days out to meet the team.
The reports of our success are greatly understated
We started with that stunning second in the Aintree Grand National with our first ever runner, putting RacehorseClub on the map for racing fans worldwide. Probably the most famous Grand National ever to be run with RacehorseClub only denied by the history making Rachael Blackmore winning on Minella Times.
Create Belief and The Lir Jet were added to the stable. Create Belief took a valuable premier handicap at the Curragh on Irish Guineas weekend. She followed up with a superb performance at Royal Ascot winning the Sandringham Stakes by 5 1/2 lengths. She ended her season by winning again, this time a Group 3 at Leopardstown.
The Lir Jet gave us our first win in the USA with a jet heeled run in the Grade 2 Franklin Simpson Stakes at Kentucky Downs. Meanwhile, over the jumps, former Welsh Grand National winner, Potters Corner finished runner up at Cheltenham.
A horse racing club with a bright future
It would be great to be able to say we have never looked back, but this is horse racing. As a club, we have had our challenges; losing horses to injury as we all contended with a global pandemic. Through it all we have endured and come out fighting. Now we look forward to writing the next chapter for our loyal members.
Having established ourselves as the UK’s premier horse racing club, we have no intention of resting on our laurels. We have fine-tuned the RacehorseClub management team, our business model and our online services. Some changes you will see and others you might not. Further, we look forward to meeting more of you at racing events this coming year as we introduce our promo team and invite members to quiz our jockeys and trainers.
What do our members think?
We thank all the members for their kind words and thanks but this coming year we expect to bring you even more. We want to know what you think and how we can further improve RacehorseClub. What do you want from us and how can we make your experience even better?
We have plenty of new horses ready to join as soon as we have completed the agreements and many more race meetings entered. More horses mean more owners badges, we usually have around 6-8 badges to give away for every race and they usually include entry, lunch, and of course access to the parade ring to meet your horse and jockey. A true racehorse ownership experience.
Tickets are balloted before every race. You need to be in it to win it. However, any member that hasn’t managed to obtain tickets to a chosen meeting yet can email Laurie (info@racehorseclub.com), who will do his best to help out where he can. Since launching members have had a 66% chance of winning an owners’ badge.
Reasons to be optimistic
We look forward to fresh challenges ahead. Keeping up our record of bringing in top quality horses and sending them to the best courses on the biggest racing meets of the year. Of course, top quality horses need high quality trainers and nobody can argue that RacehorseClub doesn’t deliver on that front. We have seen our horses in the hands of the most talented trainers in the game. A mix of the young up and coming trainers, like Christian Williams and James Ferguson, alongside racing legends like Henry De Bromhead, Nigel Twiston-Davies, Michael Bell, Johnny Murtagh and Brendan Walsh.
It has been a remarkably successful model and one we can't wait to build on through 2023, into 2024 and beyond. We are a natural home for any horse racing fan who would like to find their way into the heart of the sport. Grab your chance to see racing from the inside. Experience the thrill of racehorse ownership for a fraction of the usual cost!
