Potters Corner bids to win second Welsh Grand National

Potters Corner is declared to run in the Coral Welsh Grand National Handicap Chase (Grade 3) at Chepstow tomorrow at 2.50pm.
A former winner of this famous race in 2019, Potters Corner has snuck into the race at the bottom of the handicap and goes there in tremendous form since finishing a nose second in the Cheltenham cross country race 16 days ago.
Jack Tudor who rode Potters Corner to Welsh Grand National victory in 2019 once again takes the ride.
Christian Williams reports Potters Corner to be in fine form going into the race tomorrow and says; “Potters Corner is bouncing going into the Welsh Grand National tomorrow. This race has been the plan all year. I was a little bit tense this morning watching the declarations come in but thankfully we were the last horse to get into the race.
The rain has come which is a huge help to Potters Corner and it’s the first time in a long while that he will have his favoured conditions tomorrow. He’s carrying 10 stone and Jack Tudor takes a valuable three more pounds off his back with his claim and I’m very hopeful he can run a huge race.
He was desperately unlucky not to win at Cheltenham on his previous run but I’m glad to report he came out of that race in great order so I’m really looking forward to him running tomorrow.
I’m sure RacehorseClub members are hugely excited to be a part of a race of this stature and fingers crossed Potters Corner can do them all proud.”
RacehorseClub’s Freddy Tylicki said; “It’s fantastic that RacehorseClub is represented in another hugely important race tomorrow. The Coral Welsh Grand National is always a standout in the jumping calendar and a highlight over the festive period. The race is to be shown on ITV4 and Sky Sports Racing.
It is a very competitive race as you would expect but Christian Williams is very happy with Potters Corner, and it looks like there’s going to be plenty of cut in the ground which is a bonus.
Christian Williams, Jack Tudor and Potters Corner all know what it takes to win a Welsh Grand National so one thing is for sure, you can’t rule out our chances.
Fingers crossed he runs a great race and gives our members a day to remember.”
Shares are still available in Potters Corner, and you can be part of the Welsh Grand National tomorrow for only £75.
