Tweenhills Stud visit thrills members

Last week we took a large group of members for a wonderful visit to Tweenhills Stud Farm, ostensibly to visit their horse, Create Belief, but also to take in the sights and sounds of a world-leading stud farm.
Perfect weather to visit Tweenhills Stud
For many the trip involved a long journey to the West country. Any effort taken to get there was supremely well rewarded as they were treated to warm sunshine and picturesque surroundings. We picked the perfect day to visit Tweenhills Stud.
A parade of winning stallions then Create Belief herself!
The day began with a parade of stallions. Havana Gold was first up. Richard Hannon's Group 1 winner at Chantilly in the Prix Jean Prat. Next up was the winner of the 2018 Sussex Stakes. Lightning Spear. Trained by David Simcock with RacehorseClub ambassador Oisin Murphy on board. Last, but definitely not least, came Kameko. The fastest ever QIPCO 2000 Guineas winner and star of the recent Amazon Prime hit documentary series, Horsepower. This superstar horse, trained by Andrew Balding, achieved a magnificent career high rating of 122.
After the parade of stallions came Create Belief. The RacehorseClub favourite took the Sandringham Stakes at Royal Ascot in 2021 and went on to win the Desmond Stakes at Leopardstown. She was the reason everyone had come to visit Tweenhills Stud and she did not disappoint. She looked in fantastic shape and happily lapped up all the attention - members had the chance to get close up and no doubt got some great shots. Create Belief is in foal to another Tweenhills Stud Farm superstar, Zoustar. and will become a mum early in the New Year.
Thanks to the Tweenhills Stud Farm team for a memorable day
Feedback from members who made the day were keen to tell us how much they enjoyed themselves. They were full of praise for Adam and Alice who did a wonderful job of looking after everyone and showing them round. The RacehorseClub would like to thank our friends there for making the Tweenhills Stud visit such a great day out for members.
Thanks to all of you who came along. We look forward to seeing you again at a future event.
