Riot sold
Riot is a horse who possessed lots of natural ability with a pedigree which owners usually can only dream of. A son of Kingman out of Alexander Queen, Riot was picked up at the Goffs Orby Sale in 2018 for a staggering €850,000.
Originally trained in Newmarket by John Gosden, Riot finished 2nd on his first three starts before getting off the mark at the fourth attempt at Kempton in the hands of RacehorseClub ambassador Oisin Murphy.
Riot’s career highlight came at Royal Ascot in 2021 finishing 3rd in the Buckingham Palace Stakes behind subsequent Group 1 winner Highfield Princess. Later that season, Riot was moved to Johnny Murtagh in Ireland where he ran 8 times before being sold at the Tattersalls July Sale in 2022.
Riot is now in training with Yorkshire-based trainer David O’Meara.
Riot is now sold, but we still have other beautiful race horses available at RacehorseClub. So, if you've been wanting to buy a racehorse share, or even gift one, discover all of our available horses and join the club today!
